Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Maintain organized and clean sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

- Reliable transportation to downtown SF location
