Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise in designated store areas before opening hours
- Operate pallet jacks and stock equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure all products are properly rotated (FIFO) and meet quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless transition
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company stocking procedures
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Punctual with strong time management skills for early shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and organization
- Valid driver's license reliable transportation for 4:00 AM start times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background check and drug screening
