Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in stockrooms and display areas
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and product labels are accurately placed
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Support store opening procedures and customer readiness
Qualifications
- Ability to work 3:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic familiarity with inventory systems or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with excellent communication skills
