Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance at all times
- Participate in evening and weekend shifts as scheduled (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM weekdays, 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM weekends)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week) and weekend coverage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation to store locations
