Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and merchandise incoming shipments in the early morning hours
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO method)
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and merchandising equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support store opening procedures and readiness checks
Qualifications
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts (4-6 hours/day)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and stock organization
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and reliable punctuality
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (if applicable)
