Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as lifting boxes or reaching high shelves.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
