Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional campaigns to drive weekend foot traffic
- Collaborate with evening staff to ensure seamless store operations and clean, organized spaces
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention standards during all shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Positive attitude and passion for helping customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
