Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise products, maintain visual displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Operate inventory systems, process shipments, and conduct stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through product knowledge and visual merchandising
- Assist in training new associates and fostering a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for luxury brands
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work during peak holiday season (November-December)
