Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product demonstrations and styling consultations
- Drive sales growth through upselling techniques and building lasting client relationships

- Train new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Process transactions using advanced POS systems while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (minimum $150k annual sales volume)
- Expertise in premium brands (e.g., Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tiffany & Co.) preferred
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and retail management software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license for potential travel to satellite locations
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
