Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise deliveries in the stockroom
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display cases according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily stocking goals
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shift consistently
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety standards
