Responsibilities

- Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products, contributing to individual and store sales goals.
- Merchandising: Maintain store standards by ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to company guidelines.
- Store Operations: Process transactions efficiently using the POS system, handle cash, and maintain accurate register counts.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and organizing the backroom storage area.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and peers to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for handling transactions and making change accurately.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
