Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockrooms and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for forklift certification)
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
