Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment during peak shopping hours
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain up-to-date expertise
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training!
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to our NW Portland location
