Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service using provided sales tools and digital tablets
- Operate POS systems with company-provided equipment for seamless transactions
- Utilize provided inventory scanners to maintain accurate stock levels
- Style merchandise using company-provided mannequins and display fixtures
- Process returns/exchanges using provided RFID tagging systems
- Adhere to visual standards with provided styling kits and measurement tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency with provided calculator tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods (company-provided anti-fatigue mats available)
- Comfortable with technology (training provided for all equipment)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
