Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Ensure all products are priced, labeled, and front-facing for customers
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM) consistently
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Team player with strong communication abilities
