- Efficiently stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in assigned departments
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols during early morning operations
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless store transitions
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Uphold exceptional visual merchandising standards for early customer arrivals
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to management
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory scanning technology
