Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Merchandise products, maintain store displays, and ensure visual standards
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Operate store equipment safely and follow operational protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Actively participate in paid training modules and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Enthusiastic attitude with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
