Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Operate point-of-sale systems and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – paid training provided
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
