Responsibilities
- Unload and process inbound shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock levels
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store transitions
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
