Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, fitting assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain store presentation through merchandising, visual standards, and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise according to company standards
- Participate in store activities including inventory counts and promotional events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
