Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain premium brand presentation
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and operational excellence
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent required
