Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, assisting with product inquiries and resolving issues.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in receiving and processing shipments, including inventory management.
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales.
- Uphold company standards for visual merchandising and store appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and operating a POS system.
