- Deliver personalized customer service using consultative sales techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash securely
- Manage inventory through stock counts, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Operate fitting rooms with attention to detail and customer assistance
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and standards
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on trends
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling and inventory
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts (10am-9pm)
- Proficiency with technology (POS systems, smartphones)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs
- Valid CA driver's license if transportation required
