Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and problem resolution
- Operate self-checkout stations and assist customers with digital payment options
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools for inventory updates
- Support inventory management through scanning and stock rotation processes
- Adhere to company policies and security procedures for safe operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months retail/cashier experience
- Proficient in POS systems and digital payment technologies
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Valid Arizona driver's license for potential store transfers
