Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using provided equipment
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays efficiently and accurately
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and industrial carts safely per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with overnight crew to optimize stocking workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies to department supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday
