Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process customer inquiries and provide product recommendations to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization and replenishment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
