Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain store shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and inventory levels are accurate.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with floor merchandising, restocking, and visual displays to keep the store looking its best.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
