Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
- Participate in training programs to enhance product expertise and sales techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency with basic technology (POS systems, smartphones)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid CA driver’s license if driving company vehicles (as needed)
