Responsibilities
- Process in-person and digital transactions using POS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and problem resolution
- Manage cash handling, inventory reconciliation, and daily reporting
- Support remote customer inquiries via chat/email during off-site shifts
- Train on digital tools including mobile checkout and inventory management apps
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team on inventory optimization and loss prevention
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or cashier experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital payment platforms
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements (on-site + remote shifts)
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee location (3 days/week on-site)
