Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and promotional signage
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Uphold company standards for store cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Actively participate in product training and store development initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous POS system experience (e.g., Square, Shopify) a plus
