Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided tablets and inventory scanners
- Operate point-of-sale systems with full equipment support
- Process returns and exchanges using company-provided tools
- Maintain visual merchandising displays with provided fixtures
- Assist with inventory management using handheld scanners
- Operate cleaning equipment to maintain store presentation
- Utilize provided walkie-talkies for team coordination
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided digital tools and POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to Portland location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Positive attitude with team collaboration mindset
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
