Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise products efficiently during early morning shifts
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation following FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor and stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize store readiness for daily operations
- Operate inventory management systems and handheld scanners
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with price marking and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
