Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon entry, provide personalized assistance, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Sales Support: Drive store revenue by actively promoting products, offering recommendations, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, adhering to all merchandising standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling returns and exchanges with care.
- Inventory Control: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and peers to resolve issues and support store operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years of retail experience is preferred; strong candidates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Mindset: A customer-first attitude and a strong work ethic.
