Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves and display merchandise according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 1 PM shifts (Monday to Sunday)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
