Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Perform basic inventory checks and assist with merchandise receiving.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable internet connection for remote communication and training (if applicable).
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
