Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming inventory shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with new merchandise according to company standards.
- Ensure product rotation and removal of expired items to maintain freshness.
- Organize backroom areas and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the shift manager.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and pricing.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
