Responsibilities
- Stocking & Inventory: Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is rotated for freshness.
- Shelf Maintenance: Organize display areas, ensure products are facing forward, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment to move stock efficiently.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods to management immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning crew to ensure timely completion of opening procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
