Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service while utilizing remote tools for inventory tracking
- Process transactions accurately and maintain digital sales records via our mobile POS system
- Collaborate with team members through virtual huddles and digital communication platforms
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation during on-site shifts
- Participate in remote training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety standards during scheduled in-store hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with digital tools and mobile POS systems
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional store supply runs)
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville locations
