Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using company-provided POS systems and scanners
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate cash registers, credit card machines, and other payment equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment using provided tools
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas with supplied equipment
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to operate modern point-of-sale equipment
