Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Stock, organize, and visually merchandise products to maximize sales appeal
- Assist with inventory counts and ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Actively participate in sales initiatives and achieve daily/monthly targets
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Support store opening/closing procedures and operational readiness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for immediate start
