Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with remote team members on inventory updates and sales reporting
- Assist with digital customer inquiries via chat/email during remote shifts
- Uphold brand standards in store presentation and cleanliness
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions (virtual/in-person)
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to in-person and remote interactions
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital communication tools
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during in-store shifts
- Valid Minnesota work permit if applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent required
