Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and virtual consultations
- Process transactions using our hybrid POS and remote inventory management systems
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage online order fulfillment and customer inquiries remotely
- Collaborate with team members via digital communication platforms
- Participate in product training sessions (both in-store and virtual)
- Contribute to sales targets through omnichannel strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital tools (POS systems, CRM platforms)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments (in-store + remote)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
