- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, providing an immediate sense of value and service.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, offering styling advice and product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and digital payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to company merchandising standards.
- Restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- A passion for fashion, retail trends, and delivering a premium customer experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
