Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with product selection.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including organizing merchandise and ensuring cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
