Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and the store is clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and resolve customer inquiries with confidence.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS equipment.
