Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Provide product recommendations and answer questions about merchandise, sizes, and availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues with patience and care.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (approx. 4-6 hours).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy (typing, using a mouse).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
