- Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Operate scanners, scales, and other point-of-sale equipment
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with inventory management and store stocking
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in checkout areas
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years retail or cashier experience preferred
