Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior retail experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
