Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves and pallets according to company standards.
- Organize product displays to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility for customers.
- Perform regular inventory checks and replenish stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including sweeping and sanitizing.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in unloading trucks and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
- Report damaged goods or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
