Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipment processing
- Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and optimal store conditions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding!
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
